BASKETBALL - This co-ed program is designed for intermediate to advanced basketball players looking for a summer filled with teamwork, coaching, instruction, skill development and fun. The focus will be on basic skills such as dribbling, passing and shooting. We will work on basic offensive and defensive fundamentalsas well as how to play 1 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 3...with the ultimate goal of 5 on 5. A great way to enhance your understanding of the game of basketball! The week finishes with an exciting "Final Four" tournament. Prior team experience will be an asset!

VOLLEYBALL - Students taking this course need to have an understanding of volleyball and the basic skill set to play. This course is not intended for beginners. This four week program is geared towards students going in to Grade 8 and 9, with an interest in developing their skill set in volleyball, emphasizing individual skills and offensive and defensive systems.
