General Program Rules - These rules will apply to all Elementary and Secondary programs.

Please Note: Additional rules are specified under each program

  1. Fee Information - See 'Student Status and Fee Information'.
  2. All Elementary programs: Students are limited to one Ministry Funded course and must register in their current grade level as of June 30, 2017.
  3. All Secondary programs: Students must be under age 19 and have not yet graduated on July 1, 2017. Student may take more than one Ministry funded courses.
  4. Absences - Students absent for more than 3 days may not be permitted to continue taking the course and may be withdrawn from the course.  3 lates of more than 20 minutes is equivalent to 1 day absence.
  5. Report Card/ID - All students MUST present their ORIGINAL home school current year final report card including their PEN to the summer program teacher on the first day of class to be able to take the course. Photocopies are not acceptable.
